Every page here is a file prepared in advance and served from a content delivery network. The list of pages is fixed at build time: the sitemap names a single address, and a request for anything else returns a page marked to keep search engines away, which then forwards you straight back to the home page. A mistyped or outdated address cannot turn into a page of its own.
What happens when an operator link is clicked?

A link to an operator does not open that operator directly: it first goes to an address on this domain, which answers with a redirect and hands you to the operator's own tracking address. The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form, so this page cannot name a complaints channel, a response time or a counterparty to write to.
Anything of that kind belongs to the operator's own published terms, not to a static page that redirects to them.
How can a reader tell this version is current?
Every page carries a publication date and a modification date in its structured data. The modification date matches the date the sitemap itself publishes, so a reader comparing the two can confirm which version of this text is in front of them at any given time.
